Shipping policy


1. WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Purchases are only shipped to addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or mail forwarding services. We will only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. We are unable to re-route any packages.

2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once your order is placed, it undergoes processing, fulfillment, and is then handed over to the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier sorts, scans, and dispatches it. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Most orders leave our warehouse within 48 business hours.
* Please note that orders placed during holiday seasons, major sales, or specific periods may take slightly longer to fulfill. Nevertheless, we pride ourselves on expediting orders as much as possible and implement measures to minimize additional delays during peak times.
* Please be aware that Mi.Ya Nails is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

3. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
• Free Standard Shipping (typically 3-9 business days once your order is fulfilled): We offer free shipping service for all press on nails except accessories.
• Express Priority (typically 2-4 business days): $19.95
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays, and this is not a guaranteed delivery-by-date service.

4. WHY IS MY TRACKING NOT UPDATING?
In some cases, it may take the carrier 1-2 business days to update your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all several business days after receiving the tracking number, please email us at miyanailsart@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue.
